Social media and its role in our lives

    My article talks about technology and social communication, and what would happen if social media platforms disappeared, how would our lives be?The difference in life without technology and social communication

    We can't even imagine living without social media, in a world where our phones are the first and last thing we see every morning and evening.

    Social media has its benefits. For example, we can keep in touch with our loved ones, or communicate through networks, or meet new friends, our life on the Internet can affect our reality and our surroundings greatly. And it can become worrisome when a friend or partner's online time starts to change the dynamic of the relationship.

    Life without social media, I think, there is a kind of positivity. But at the same time, we do not need to communicate through websites, as it has become very important, and with the increase in the number of people who use social media around the world day after day, it has become difficult to dispense with it, as social media is used, today, in almost everything, From connecting with family and friends, keeping up with news and current events, sharing photos and videos, meeting new people and sharing opinions, all the way to buying the products you care about and need or finding places you want to visit.With the increasing reliance on social media in our lives daily, which leads us to wonder what would happen if social media suddenly disappeared?

   Some aspects of our lives would be different if social media suddenly stopped working.

   One of the main reasons why the disappearance of social media is a positive thing is that it wastes time as we spend hours and hours browsing social networking sites without feeling the time, which distracts us from our responsibilities at work, home and others, so when these sites disappear you will have to allocate time to call or meet Friends and family, rather than relying on social media to make us feel like we're actually connecting with other people, when in fact we forget to make time to see them.

    Perhaps the biggest change resulting from a life without social media is that it works more efficiently, away from the distraction that comes from using websites, and although I prefer a quiet world, it is easy to communicate with me by phone, e-mail, or WhatsApp. Frankly, I prefer these means of communication because they allow you to get directly to the heart of the matter, avoiding any additional fillers that do not add any real value to the exchange of dialogue with others. And also to stay informed of what is happening in the world around me, it may be difficult and has some kind of positive and negative as well.
